My goal is to make therapy tailored to you. My approach to counselling is integrative: I bring in elements from humanistic, CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches in a culturally responsive and trauma-informed way.
My passion for mental health advocacy has carried me through my academic, professional, and volunteer endeavours for nearly a decade. I care deeply about providing a space where you can feel safe, heard, and validated.
Therapy can be scary, and it takes a lot of strength to reach out for help. No matter what has brought you here, know that your feelings are valid. I am not here to fix you—you are not a problem to be dealt with. You are a person, just like I’m a person, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside you on this journey.
